From the moment you purchase the shoes, you benefit from a 30-day warranty. This way, you can be sure that you have received a new and high-quality product.
1. The warranty is valid if you follow the following rules for caring for the purchased product:
- Store your shoes in places away from moisture and sunlight, this way you will avoid damaging your shoes.
- Minimizes footwear contact with water, dust and mud.
- To maintain the leather of the product, first clean the shoes thoroughly and then use shoe cream.
- Shoes should be cleaned after each wear. Shoes should only be cleaned with maintenance products specific to the type of material they are made of. Do not use detergents or bleach to clean shoes.
- To prevent the heel seam from breaking, use a shoehorn, do not put on your shoes with your fingers, or by pressing the heel with your foot.
- Dry your shoes naturally only. Do not use dryers or heaters!
- Do not wash your shoes in the washing machine. Washing leather shoes in a washing machine is not a safe or recommended action, and should not be used as a cleaning method.
Here are the arguments:
- The fibers in the material can break and become damaged.
- Natural leather can be layered.
- In places where leather shoes are glued, the glue can dissolve and destroy the rest of the shoe's surface, and the glued parts of the shoe can peel away from each other.
- Spinning can damage the suede fibers.
- Leather shoes can fade and deform after being washed in the washing machine.
Failure to follow the care instructions will void the warranty. To benefit from the warranty, the product must be presented in its original packaging.
2. The warranty is valid if deficiencies are detected in the products sold (hidden defects), about which the consumer was not informed and these are not attributable to him.
Under what conditions can you request a refund for a defective product?
- The product has a defect that occurred during the period of operation.
- It was not the consumer's fault.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- It was not known to the consumer at the time of purchase.
What are the situations that are not subject to the warranty conditions:
- Damage caused by the customer (e.g. scratches, stains, etc.) as a result of improper use is not covered by the warranty.
- Wear due to specific walking (the foot steps on one side), wear caused by the shape of the foot with outgrowths, which has deformed the leather of the shoe.
- No warranty is given for bends, zippers running (it was functional when purchased - forcing through exploitation cannot be proven).
- Delicate accessories applied to footwear, such as rhinestones, crests, studs and metal targets, which are sensitive to impact (stones can fall as a result of blows, tripping, improper walking, etc.).
- Damage to footwear caused by driving a car is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- We are not responsible for any discomfort resulting from purchasing shoes of the wrong size, model, or fit.
3. Ways to ensure the guarantee
The guarantee will be provided within 15 calendar days from the date of notification by:
- Product repair
- Product replacement - if it cannot be repaired
- Refund of the product value, if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
The average duration of use of the products is about 6 calendar months, respecting the alternation of wearing at least 2-3 pairs of shoes. You must take into account the fact that, with time and wear, all products will show signs of wear, and this does not represent a defect.
