Delivery is made by courier within a maximum of 3 working days (or up to 7 days during promotional campaigns), anywhere in the Republic of Moldova. If you are not found at the address, the courier will try a second delivery. In case of failure, the order is canceled, and the costs for a new delivery will be borne by the customer.
Yes, shipping is free for any order, anywhere in the Republic of Moldova.
Products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects (hidden defects), not damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
Not covered by the warranty:
- scratches, stains, normal wear and tear;
- applied accessories (rhinestones, sequins, etc.);
- damage caused by driving the car;
- wrong choice of size or model;
- washing in the washing machine or improper drying.
- Clean after each wear with fabric-specific products
- Apply maintenance cream regularly
- Do not wash in the washing machine.
- Do not dry on a radiator or with an electric dryer.
- Keep shoes in dry places, away from sunlight.
